So much Catch up

Things I've missed - Luke turns 4 - Easter - Alisal - a new Nephew - Joshua turns 6 - and everything in between.  Let's start with Luke.

Luke has the most unique coloring.  His hair and skin are white, and his eyes are the darkest midnight blue you can imagine.  He hates being the only one with super dark blue eyes, so it would be awesome if the new baby came out looking like Luke!  His hair is also course and curly.  And there are about 4 jet black strands in it.  He says he's turning like aunt Robin (because of the black hair).

Luke is so adorable and such a stinker.  He is the littlest 4 year old you'll meet, and I'm totally loving it right now.  He's just so easy to hold and snuggle.  His body fits perfectly and he is by far my best cuddler. His smile is precious and he is full of life and entertainment.  Everyone loves Luke.

Luke didn't walk until he was 17 months old!  That was 100% because of his unwillingness to fail.  That is manifesting now too.  He refuses to ride a bike or a scooter. He won't even try.  I'm sure if he would give it 5 minutes he'd be fine, but he just won't let himself get on there and not be as good as Joshua.  So when his school had the bike-a-thon this year, Luke had to miss because there is no wheeled toy he will ride.  Such a crazy kid.

Luke also is the king of hissy fits.  If he doesn't like something, he goes into his crying fit.  He used to only do this around me - now - he doesn't hide his flaws from anyone.  He'll do it at church, school, grandparents house, while playing with friends.  Luke is our hissy fit boy.  It never works for him - I don't give him what he wants, but for now - he still feels the need to have a hissy fit.

For Luke's 4th birthday party he'd been talking for months about how he was going to have a costume party.  This kid loves to dress up more than anyone!  So all his guests came dressed in their favorite costumes.  Luke, who'd been wanting a superwhy costume for months, got one from us for his party.  Check out Robin, Cody, Tanner, and Margot.  What awesome sports!
