Frustration
I REALLY want new insulation in my house, and I know there is no way my husband is going to go for it.

I hear you... does he get dissuaded by Power Point presentations? If so, I got the guy to talk to.
If $$$ is the way to talk to him, then he needs to talk to my neighbors, they've all done the blow in stuff, and it's AWESOME.
Or, if he needs to experience it, then come over on a cold day, and I'll take you into the room that doesn't have insulation, and you can feel the 15 degree difference.
It probably would have been better to ask me before we did the backyard $$$$$$$. But just think now you can spent lots of time outside. There is a silver lining.
